An initial contact meeting is encouraged, allowing us to extract a solid brief and understanding of the influencing factors surrounding your project. Location, budget, leadtime and design intent are a few of the vitally important factors considered at this stage.
Upon review of all of the influencing factors it now allows us the ability to propose a number of possible solutions for your review and comment. There are generally a number of responses we offer, so exploring these options in schematic design is always advantageous.
IRS believes this stage is critical early on in the process, because we understand that at times budgets can be tight. The time invested at this stage of the process is invaluable as it quickly indicates whether or not a budget is achievable. This may lead to a consideration of further tweaks and refinements within the design.
We provide detailed documentation of the design and ensure all necessary information is communicated to assist the manufacturing and construction process. We produce engineer certified documentation.
Our team of in-house licensed contractors carry all relevant site tickets and are highly skilled in the area of architectural installations. We regularly work directly with all the major contractors on both commercial and residential projects and are able to provide a form 15 an 16 for our work.
Tensile structures are a careful engineered response to many applications in the built environment, however they are not immune to periodic maintenance checks to ensure the structure is performing at its optimal best. IRS can provide services including overall system inspections, detailed tension reviews and reports, a components inspection, general maintenance, servicing and re-commissioning and replacement/warranty claims.
